This laboratory, equipped with a number of analytical instruments including UV-vis Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer, Cement Calorimeter, and Different Furnaces provides both wet and instrumental analytical services to both academic and industrial sectors. The laboratory offers not only all analytical services related to usual materials of cement industry, but also non-routine chemical analyses.
Mineral Processing Laboratory
This laboratory equipped with instruments including Laser Particle Size Analyzer, Dust Concentration Measuring Equipment, Crusher, and Jar Mill. is dedicated to processing different kinds of raw materials and cement physical testing. The mission is not only to improve the results of different unit operations and the competitiveness of cement manufacturers, but also to provide research services in recycling of waste materials and development of new, low cost, green, inorganic binders. |
