Internship Program:
An internship can be regarded as a pivotal stage in translating and applying the scientific and theoretical knowledge acquired through academic courses into practical experience. The effective and high-quality implementation of an internship program—including student orientation, selection of appropriate placement sites, familiarization with the professional and operational work environment, and systematic evaluation of students by both the university and industry—is of particular importance.
An effectively organized internship program contributes to enhancing students’ professional skills and deepening their practical perspective, familiarizing them with real-world industrial and organizational challenges, strengthening and consolidating university–industry relations, and expanding Research and Development (R&D) activities and units within industry.
